By using the website, submitting a request through our contact form, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms govern your use of the website and any related cleaning services provided by TidySpace. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or request services.

1. Service Description

TidySpace provides professional home and outdoor cleaning services. The specific services to be performed will be detailed in your cleaning estimate and service agreement. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service request at our sole discretion.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Cleaning estimates are provided based on information you provide through our website contact form. Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-home or phone consultation. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honor an estimate beyond 30 days from the date provided.

Submitting an estimate request does not create a service contract. A service agreement is finalized separately once you accept the estimate and book a cleaning appointment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Failure to provide access to your property on the scheduled date without prior notice may result in a service charge.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe access to your property and any necessary access codes or instructions
• Disclose any health hazards, dangerous animals, or unsafe conditions
• Remove valuables, personal items, and hazardous materials from areas to be cleaned
• Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products in advance
• Ensure the property is in a safe condition for our cleaning team

5. Liability & Damage Waiver

While TidySpace exercises care in performing cleaning services, we are not responsible for:

• Damage to fragile items, collectibles, or personal belongings
• Pre-existing property damage or defects not caused by our services
• Damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to disclose hazards
• Loss or damage to items left in unsecured areas
• Issues with air quality or cleaning product reactions not previously disclosed

You assume all risk related to damage that may occur during cleaning services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Any personal information you provide when requesting an estimate is subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill your service request. We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and secure the estimate form.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of TidySpace Services LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our written permission. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.
